U-Stuff IT is at 3021 E Mulberry St, Fort Collins, CO 80524, on the north side of the road. Coming from town you'll pass Timberline Road; coming from the interstate you'll get off at Exit 269 and head west. We're between the two.
East Mulberry Is Also Colorado Highway 14
East Mulberry and Colorado Highway 14 are the same road here. Through Fort Collins the corridor is East Mulberry Street; east of the interstate it carries on as Highway 14, through Weld County toward Ault and eventually Sterling.
So if your directions say Mulberry and the road sign says 14, you're in the right place.

Take Exit 269 and head west on Mulberry. We're on the right, before Timberline Road.

Head east on Mulberry. You'll pass Lemay, cross the Poudre River, then reach Timberline Road. We're on the left after that.

Stay on 14 straight through the I-25 interchange. Mulberry is the same road — no turns.

What This Part of Town Is
East Mulberry past Lemay isn't residential. The city's East Mulberry planning area runs from Lemay east to I-25, between Vine Drive and the Poudre River, and it's a major commercial and industrial corridor.
The east end of it is changing. Bloom, a 226-acre mixed-use development along Mulberry, is going in with about 1,600 planned homes, and the North I-25 express lanes now run up to the Mulberry interchange.
It isn't a scenic stretch of road. It is an easy one to reach, from either direction, without driving through the middle of town.
Coming from East of I-25
Timnath. The Town of Timnath lists four ways its residents reach Fort Collins: Prospect Road, Mulberry (Colorado Highway 14), Harmony Road and Kechter Road. If Mulberry or Prospect is already your route into town, we're on it. If Harmony is, there are closer options to you than us.
Severance and the plains. Severance's newer streets sit north of Colorado Highway 14. That's the same road that becomes East Mulberry — west through the I-25 interchange and you're here, with nothing to navigate in between.
